Below are the emergencyplumberswords.ie labour only charges for emergency plumbing and drain services. There are no materials costs included in the pricing below. All payments must be made on the day that invoice is received.
Important Note
If you are a tenant of a rented property you must have either the Landlord or Estate agents permission to have works carried out. You are then responsible for payment on receipt of invoice. You can then sort out the details with either your Landlord or estate agent through your rent payments.
Absentee Landlords’
Must make a 50% payment before work starts via electronic payment and the balance on completion of works this is our policy.

Charge Rates
There is a minimum Labour charge of €120.00 euro + vat for the first hour or part thereof which is deemed, as either an investigation charge or fault diagnostic on site charge.
All investigations and or fault diagnostic work carried out on site will be classed as a labour charge.
Call out charge
This definition is as follows, the travel time required to your property, insurance, diesel costs etc. That that would be normally added to your bill. We do not charge for the call out.
7am – 6pm charge €105.72 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €25.00
6pm – 12am charge €140.00 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €30.00
Sat – Sun
7am – 6 pm charge €160.00 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €30.00
Sat – Sun
6 pm – 12am charge €180.00 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €35.00
Mon - Sun
12am – 7pm charge €220.00 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €40.00
All these prices are plus vat @13.5%.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for call outs?
Emergency Plumber Swords does not charge for any emergency call outs. We will provide you with a quote for any repair work only after we have done an initial inspection. Only if you are happy with the quote will we begin any repair works.
How do you create your quotes?
Our quotes are based on the extent of the damage and the necessary repair works to correct the issue. This takes into account the materials and time that will be needed to effectively solve any plumbing or drain problem.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
All repair works and part replacements are fully guaranteed. If you have a problem after we have conducted repair works then please call us as soon a possible.
