Rates

Below are the emergencyplumberswords.ie labour only charges for emergency plumbing and drain services. There are no materials costs included in the pricing below. All payments must be made on the day that invoice is received.

Important Note

If you are a tenant of a rented property you must have either the Landlord or Estate agents permission to have works carried out. You are then responsible for payment on receipt of invoice. You can then sort out the details with either your Landlord or estate agent through your rent payments.

Absentee Landlords’

Must make a 50% payment before work starts via electronic payment and the balance on completion of works this is our policy.
Our fixed hourly rates or part of are as follows:

 Mon – Fri
7am – 6pm charge €105.72 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €25.00.
 Mon – Fri
6pm – 12am charge €140.00 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €30.00.
 Sat – Sun
7am – 6 pm charge €160.00 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €30.00.
 Sat – Sun
6 pm – 12am charge €180.00 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €35.00.
 Mon - Sun
12am – 7pm charge €220.00 euro
After the first hour is worked charges are made every 15 minutes thereafter of €40.00.
All these prices are plus vat @13.5%.
